Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement governs free and paid membership access to Ruby’s Wholesale Club. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using membership benefits, you agree to these terms.

1. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Ruby’s Wholesale Club currently offers the following account types:

Guest accounts may shop at Guest pricing. Club and Business memberships provide access to lower pricing based on the selected membership tier.

2. MEMBERSHIP TERM

Paid memberships begin on the date payment is successfully completed.

A paid membership remains active for one year and expires on the day before the same calendar date in the following year.

Example: A membership that starts on April 12, 2026 will expire on April 11, 2027.

3. ACTIVATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Club and Business memberships become active immediately after successful payment.

Once activated, the account pricing tier will update to the applicable membership level.

4. RENEWAL

All membership renewals are manual at this time.

Ruby’s Wholesale Club does not currently process automatic renewals. If a membership is not renewed before expiration, the account will remain active as a customer account but will revert to Guest status and Guest pricing.

5. FEES AND BILLING

Membership fees are billed in advance for the selected membership term.

Ruby’s Wholesale Club may update membership pricing in the future. Any pricing changes will apply only to new purchases or future renewals unless otherwise stated.

6. REFUNDS AND PRORATION

All membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

Ruby’s Wholesale Club does not offer prorated refunds, prorated credits, or prorated membership adjustments at this time.

7. UPGRADES

Customers may upgrade from Guest to Club, Guest to Business, or Club to Business, if offered through the site.

At launch, upgrades are processed as a new paid membership selection at the listed price. No proration or credit applies toward the new membership purchase.

8. DOWNGRADES AND CANCELLATIONS

Self-service downgrades and cancellations are not currently offered through the site.

Questions regarding downgrades, cancellations, or membership changes may be directed to customer support. Any approved change will still remain subject to the no-refund and no-proration rules stated in this Agreement.

9. ACCOUNT USE

Memberships are intended for use by the account holder associated with the registered account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Ruby’s Wholesale Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violations of site policies.

10. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Membership benefits may include access to preferred pricing and other membership-related features as determined by Ruby’s Wholesale Club.

Membership benefits may change over time. Ruby’s Wholesale Club reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership features, provided such changes are applied in a commercially reasonable manner.

11. EXPIRATION OF BENEFITS

When a paid membership expires and is not renewed, the account will revert to Guest status. Paid membership pricing and benefits will no longer apply after expiration.

12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Ruby’s Wholesale Club may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the site unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the membership or account after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
